LEGAL

Terms

These terms cover use of this website and any purchase of the LUXEROOT applicator.

The product

LUXEROOT by SADA offers the scalp massage and serum applicator, presented in a signature pouch. Serum, oil and other hair-care liquids are not included unless a product page explicitly says so. The applicator is not a medical device and no hair-growth or treatment result is promised.

Price

The price is the figure shown from the connected store at the time you order, in UAE Dirhams. If no price is shown, the item is not yet available to purchase. A price confirmed at checkout is the price of that order.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable or a price was shown in error, in which case any amount taken is returned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Please contact us first if something is wrong.
